The orders are executed taking into account the availability of the products. The reported availability is real, however there is a case of error in the availability of the warehouse in the Company. In case a product is not available we will contact you via email and / or phone, within 2 working days from the date of the order, to inform you of a possible availability date or of any complete lack. In this case you can cancel your order.
All our products are fully inspected before sending each order, in order to avoid as much as possible the sending of a defective product. In case the user / customer receives a product with a material defect and this defect is not due to his fault, you can request its replacement. To replace a defective product please visit the "Returns" page. There is no obligation to replace, if the damage to the Company's product was caused by non-compliance with the instructions for use, due to poor maintenance, or is normal wear due to the use of the product. In these cases the Company bears absolutely no responsibility for damage caused by the use of this product.
Helenseward.gr does not provide any guarantee regarding the quality and / or suitability of the products sold for any specific purpose and special use, nor does it guarantee the safety and protection of the users of these products. Such guarantees are provided, if any, only by the manufacturers and the customer must be informed about the packaging of the product. The purchase process at HelenSeward.gr is very simple. Just follow the steps below:
1. Select a product category and then the product.
2. See the product / products you are interested in. You can enlarge the photo with one click. In the description you will find the information you are interested in (recommendation, for whom it is recommended, etc.).
3. Choose a product and add it to the cart. Then you can choose if you want to continue shopping and add other products or send the order.
4. If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. Otherwise, if you want to send the order, you can continue and complete it.
5. Your details already exist from your registration and are entered automatically. Confirm that there is no error or change.
6. Choose the payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express (for collection from the store), cash on delivery. Bank deposit.
